From the top:
- Added ear to define the head direction
- Added first vertebrae to define base of scull (start of neck)
- Added 7th cervical vertebra mark to indicate change in spine direction
- Added scapula ( shoulder blade)
- Added Sacrum ( triangle at bottom of the spine/ in pelvis)
- Added Ankles ( inside bone TIBIA/ outer bone FIBULA)
- Note proportion of hand will be about the size of the face
- Feet are more " wedge shape rather than flat planes
